Launch FAQsHow will payment be taken?
Once you enter the Launch, we take a pre-authorisation only. The funds are on hold in your account and should show up as a pending payment which is either released back if your entry is unsuccessful or debited, if successful.
If you haven’t received notification of successful entry, please contact your payment provider if the funds aren’t reversed within 3-5 days after the draw has closed.
